1. Initial phone interview with recruiter
- I was asked very general questions about my career and what kind of jobs I was applying to.
2. Interview with HM via Zoom
- I was asked many behavioral questions that assessed how I work with different stakeholders.
3. Interview with member on team via Zoom
- I was shown a Word document with a case study asking me to calculate different profits for the exemplified company.
4. Interview with Engineer team: didn't get to this round
The recruiter and HM seemed very eager in the beginning as the recruiter continuously replied back to me within the hour and the HM told me she hoped to see me again.
However, everything went downhill after the case study with the potential colleague. The interview started off with a "Hi, I am XX with an MBA from YY" and was tested pretty aggressively on my knowledge about profit analysis. Because the first 2 interviews were very welcoming, I was taken aback..
From there on, the recruiter ghosted me and after 5 months, I finally got an automated email stating my rejection.

After the initial screening, they gave a very short time to schedule an HR Interview- My motivations, experience was asked in depth and checked executive presence. They reached out the same day for next steps.

Entretien
Recruiter reached out by email, followed by a 30 minute phone screen. Then came a hiring manager interview (~45 mins). Then a final panel interview with engineers, PMs, and HR.
