Phone call with Adobe talent for around 15mins. Very simple and fun, just a few questions to get to know you. Second interview I spent some time preparing questions and researching the company but on the day of the interview all I did was introduce myself to the manager and specialist and they told me I’m not fit for the role 10mins in. It was rude and unprofessional of them to do that. They should of gave me a proper feedback instead of telling me on the day that I’m not fit for the role.
