I was tricked by an Adobe HR !!! Yoe : 5+ Position : CS1 I completed all 5 rounds of interview . The day on which last round was conducted, I was contacted by one of the Adobe HR for compensation discussion. Initially they questioned about my current CTC and my expected CTC . When I told them my current base and my expectation, they immediately refused to match my base expectation and provided me with only 20% hike on my current base + 15% variables + stocks. I still requested for some joining bonus which they said they will push the discussion to the HM. There was no room for any negotiations. They also promised once the offer was verbally discussed they will initiate the offer letter. They kept me in dark for few days and after that no contact or response. HR won't pick up my calls either. The whole process looked suspicious to me. It seems like the companies such as Adobe have started to make discussion on offer letter depending on what is the candidate's expectations even without making the discussion of selecting ot rejecting the candidate. I don't understand the point of conducting 5 rounds of interview sessions when they are still going to make the fool out of the candidate at the end of the day. It's really frustrating to know that such big companies can play a role of real jerks when it boils down to money !!. All the Glassdoor ratings made me believe it had a good work ethics and culture.

Process was good, but they asked graph (DFS/BFS) i was not ready, but i solved spiral matrix print and some js output questions, end the end they moved with others
