J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Adobe
Entretien
Applied through LinkedIn & the recruiter reached out to setup an initial screening call with the hiring manager. There were a total of 5 panels + screening call with HM. One of the panels was with the Engineering manager. HR was looped in through the process & swift in response, the panels were super cordial, always on time & were open to having conversation outside of interview to break the ice before starting out.
Enjoyed the process overall
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Interviews itself were pretty average. The screening round was more to understand the motivation for applying & understanding the work being done presently. There on, in every interview it was a variation of below:
- Why Adobe, why Product management & why the move?
- Favorite product & product strategies around that?
- Approach to working with engineering (to assess how would you deal with devs)
- Product design question & some questions on innovative approach with AI/ML interventions.
