Super basic interview process, there was a phone interview with a recruiter which was a joke, and then there was a phone interview with the team I would end up working with. They seemed to act like I already had a job, which is something I had heard from most other people I worked with. One thing to note, the University Recruiting team could have done a much better job. One person in particular wouldn't respond to emails ever—I had to be very very proactive. If they aren't responding to your emails it might not be because they aren't interested, they are just a bit incompetent.
