I have been through two interviews with four different managers, and each interview were about one hour. I had an interview with team leaders at the first time. The interviewer were very friendly but asked very specific questions. Second time was interviewed by the senior team managers, which was more intensive because they were very professional so the interviewee will feel the tension.
