4 rounds of interviews, process took over 5 weeks. 1st with hiring manager (who was late over 5 minutes and did not mention it) 2nd 60 minute technical 3rd 90 minute technical with 2 devs and right after that was the 4th which was a 30 minute team fit. Over a week later they called me asking for feedback right away and then told me that I did well on technicals, but my communication was not good enough for them on the team round. That team round was right after a 90 minute technical, and I was nervous and they weren't really encouraging or acting like they may want to bring me on the team, I think the hiring manager was even eating at one point while I was answering, then at the end they did not even ask me if I have any questions, seemed quite unprofessional and just going through the motions. Overall I liked the technical rounds with the devs, but these unprofessional moments and weak feedback after I went through the whole process left a bad taste.
