Approached by recruitment agency, profile shortlisted for interview following by interview call led by Head HR Mr. Karan where he briefed about the role and the organisation and requested to walk through achievements and what worked well and what didn't work well during the professional journey and in the end answer all the questions patiently and conveyed it will take 15 days time a they are interviewing other candidates but the ghosted both the recruitment agency and me which was quite unprofessional at that level, could have done better by keeping the candidate informed that we found a better match and won't be able to take it forward. These little actions plays a key role in how much a candidate can trust in you and the organisation which was not very good experience.
