Initial phone screen with HR then two rounds of interviews: first was an interview with the entire admissions team, second round was a presentation to the admissions team for a hypothetical "open house" for prospective students

Overall, this was one of the better interview processes I've had! I was asked appropriate questions about my interest in the role, my prior knowledge of Adler, and why I was interested. Throughout the process, I had quick follow-ups from the Talent Acquisition team, and never felt like I was ignored when I asked questions via email. Interviewing with the team was the best experience, as it was both personal and professional--I genuinely did not have a negative experience with the whole process, which was rare in my job search.
