A recruiter contacted me based off finding my resume online or a past submittal. The recruiters call you..allot! That's fine though as i know they need to get resume's fully submitted to the Microsoft tool quickly before others take the opportunity. I was provided the details of the Microsoft Manager and location, I then went on location to Microsoft and went through a typical corporate loop; 4-5 managers ranging from potential colleagues to Sr. Management. All of the questions were typical and some focused on project management principles such as agile etc.
