Below is a timeline of my interactions with Adevinta's recruiter and interviewers: Oct 13th, 2021: Received the ML technical challenge Oct 16th, 2021: Sent back my attempt to solve the challenge Oct 18th, 2021: Well received message from the recruiter Oct 26th, 2021: Success and moving forward to the next stage Nov 9th, 2021: Machine Learning Fundamentals Interview: go-ahead to the next interview Nov 17th, 2021: Data Architecture Interview The recruiter and the interviews were very friendly in writing and in person (video call). After the Data Architecture interview however, they went radio silent. Since, I sent 2 messages on LinkedIn and an e-mail to the recruiter asking about the status of my application, I received no replies. I don't think it takes a lot of time to send a motivated (or unmotivated) "We won't be moving forward" message to the candidate who invested time and effort. I took this series of interviews seriously and I found it very unprofessional/disrespectful to ghost candidates.
