J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 5 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Adevinta en nov. 2020
Entretien

Phone Screening Interview went smoothly and the person, on the other side, was accommodating, friendly and provided all the necessary information.
The face to face interview went smoothly as well.
Based on my feedback on how the conversation went, he said I ticked all the boxes in the interview process.
And I have a good experience and everything they need for the role.
However, they rejected my application on the basis that I don't have experience managing stakeholders and in experiment and discovery.
I disagree with their comment on this. I have been in project management for more than 20 years from my freelancing days.
I have managed stakeholders ranging from High-Level Officials to everyone in Banking Sector in my 20 years career.
And for every project I take on, the first thing to do is experiment what works and doesn't work. And discover the best cause of action for every project — coming from a Digital Creative Agency background (plus running an agency for six years). Experiment and discovery is the staple diet required to tackle a client request or to amaze them to get a project.
If they said I have not enough experience in Scrum, well I would have agreed with their rejection. Since I use a modified version of Scrum to suit the needs of my stakeholders and developers. (WaterScrumFall)

Such comment is unfair to someone who knows themselves very well
I am disappointed with such comment coming from a large public company and a company I highly admire.
