It was really great. The initial phone conversation was great. after that, they refer you to an aptitude test. the actual interview with the manager was also great. One thing that stood out throughout the interview process is how everyone is friendly.

A recruiter reached out for a phone screen to tell me about the position etc. She told me the starting salary and I thought it was fine. She set me up with a formal interview. A couple days after the phone screen the recruiter called and told me that she had told me the wrong salary and it was now 5k lower and to see if I was still interested. I was but it wasn’t a great start to the interviewing process. Ended up declining the formal interview.
