Entretien
It was extremely unprofessional. My interviewing manager was late and kept me waiting for over an hour. When I finally did have my interview, I didn't feel like there was a good connection or fit. I think that the reason why I did not get hired was because of clear age discrimimination. For example, the interviewer made constant reference to the fat that most of the other workers in the program I be working in were much younger than me. That seems like it was discriminatory and illegal to imply that I would be the oldest one there. It's just as well I didn't get an offer at this discriminatory agency.

Some of the questions were standard: "why do you feel passionate about working with disabled people?" And what do you anticipate in future would be the hardest part of this job for you?
Good training process
and interview process. Remain focused and also take detail of what the company does and what they provide for the youth. This nonprofit organization aims for improvement of direct care counselors and youth relationships for mentoring and success. go ahead and apply to this job if your passion is working for the youth and if you have similar work experiences working with the youth.
