Virtual Interview, 2nd Interview in person & Task
Lovely interview, a really good overview of the company mission, aims for the team and really empowering discussions.
The first interview was a general conversation and usual questions, the second was more about the role, experience and business
Phonecall and personal appointment. Great communication during the whole process. Overall it took only about two weeks. The first round was on phone, the second was personal appointment with teamleader and the third round was in front of three current employees/colleagues, one of them was local manager.
