My high school coordinator set me up with Mr. Bob Kindermann for the interview. I think he could tell that I was very nervous as that was my first ever interview. He did a very good job of settling me down by talking about baseball. Mr. Kindermann is a very nice and friendly guy. He's not intimidating as others can be. I went into the interview totally unprepared and unknowing what would happen. He asked normal interview questions such as why do you want the job, how do you see yourself a good fit, etc. Luckily there were not many applicants and he offered me the job right there.
