Took place in 2019. Spoke to recruiter via phone, followed by phone call with Hiring manager. This was followed by a superday where I interviewed on site with 10 people individually. I was not given advance notice of who I would be meeting with, so it was difficult to do any due dilligence. Very, very redundant in that every person I met with asked nearly the same questions. There was also a Quarterly Based Review roleplay scenario where the hiring manager played the role of an upset client (this was a great experience). Got to have lunch with some of my future potential colleagues which was really nice. Even after the in person superday, one interviewer who was unable to attend requested a zoom interview. All in all, I interviewed with at least 12 people, had to take a full day off of work, and was hoping for a more streamlined process for a mid-level role. Due to the amount of time committed (superday, preparing a presentation), I would say that this was a very difficult experience .
