I got a call from HR about the opening. I said I'm interested if my expectation full filled. I told them about the expectation and notice period. They're fine with both and scheduled an interview. I took half day leave and go for the interview and surprise happen. HR called me in the cabin and told me everything about the company and last they told me we can't offer you that much. If they're not ready with my expectation WHY they promise over the call and waste the employee. The same things happen with my two colleagues also.
