I wasn't informed that there was a short open-ended question, and expect the candidate that they should inform them in the first place. The (HR) interviewer didn't come prepared, asking general questions pretending she knows the job scope in her fingertips.
Worst of all, there wasn't a job description! Big red flag!

They will contacted you if your CV passed, then you have interview with HR Interview to let them know your expectations (salary, experience), last would be interview with General Manager to ask about experience

HR is nice and helpful, the questions asked by the marketing lead in the interview were also professional but not tricky. I've met younger but more disrespectful and arrogant young bosses in other companies before.
