Contacted by their recruiter. Interviewed with recruiter via skype then presented to the management team. Phone interview which went well. Met with the team at HQ, interviews went well. I didn't have a lot of interest at this time and expressed this to the recruiter but needed to make sure my instincts were correct. Had one more phone interview with someone who wasn't present, it confirmed I didn't think it would be a good fit. They agreed, we moved on but it was a very pleasant group and I have high regards for the team, it just wasn't for me.
