I applied online. 10 days later a recruiter emailed me with a link to a coding challenge. It had a 24 hour time limit, and was easier than average. I submitted the exercise the next weekend. Two weeks later, I emailed the recruiter asking for a status update. He replied the same day, saying that I had passed the challenge, and that he would reach out again by the end of the week to schedule a phone screen. On that Friday he emailed me again to say that the team was reviewing the interview process and the job description, and that I couldn't move forward until that process was complete. That was the last I heard from them.
