My interview process consisted of a brief phone screen, a panel interview with 2 designers, a 1:1 presentation and Q&A, and a final interview with the creative director. All interviews were great and I met wonderful people. The actual recruitment process was awful. Long, agonizing stretches of time passed with no updates. It took over 3 months after my referral to be sent an offer, and many weeks I assumed I'd been passed on until I got the next email.
