Panel interview of 4-6 people of various technical abilities and management. Most of the questions were from a list of scripted questions. "How would you react in this situation", ect. They asked if I knew what Acxiom did for their clients.

I was interviewed by a panel of people from many different groups. The group interview was to determine if I would fit into any of their various groups. At the time it was a very confusing interview because no one could tell me what the job duties were or the challenges of the job. This was due to the fact that everyone there was screening for a different job within their own specific group. So the seven different people had seven different job titles and seven different job duties. They mostly were asking behavior type questions to see how I would react to team work and stress. I made it to the second round of interviews that consisted of five "supervisors" which is where they told me what the job duties consisted of. The type of questions they asked were more of a skills match.
