First round was with ceo, questions were asked from resume and 2 puzzles.If you take more than 5 mins to solve the puzzles expect the company to ghost you and call you week later that you selected for next round and again ghost you which is not professional. Either reject a candidate or reply to candidates mails regarding interview. This says a lot culture of the company and management.
