four tier interview. first with HR for 30 minutes, then a written test, then a technical interview and then final interview with country lead ( i was told i was the finalist). each interview was lengthy and i was informed few hours before the interview. each interview was three to four weeks apart so the entire process took 4 months. Each interview was pleasant and full of feedback even they kept on saying you are so talented and would be an asset for the organization. I was a bit taken a back by the 3 to 4 weeks gaps between each interview round. the final one was so informal with the country lead who was not even listening and said this is just a formality as you already made it. when i asked when will i hear the final decision he said a week and if you dont hear, email the HR person. despite sending two reminders, i never heard back. i found red flags as they were not able to answer what they exactly do, second they disappeared for weeks and then would send a urgent message that tomorrow is your next round of interview. and then after four rounds of interview they never got back.
