The interview was more of a conversation than an interview. The interviewer focused on my skills to ensure I was a good fit for the role. The overall environment was relaxed but professional and their questions were more about me as a person versus an employee.

The process was very well thought out and Actualize does a great job in making sure you have all your questions answered and would be a good fit for the company. I interviewed with at least three different people and had follow up calls. During the process, I felt that the company was honest and straightforward with their response and information

Four Interviews - one with the HR manager, one with a Senior Manager, one with the COO, and a final interview with the Principal. All interviews were performed over the phone.
