It was fairly straightforward, 1 round of interview to share my experience and answer standard questions. The founder, and manager was there as well so you get to meet your superiors up front.

They don't turn on their camera which is SUS. Interview is 10 minutes long only. Turnover so high they started interviewing based on phone call which I find unprofessional. That's why i didn't join the company
