Was contacted by the hiring department via a jobs website and interviewed initially with her as a "culture fit." I then interviewed with my direct report boss and then maybe a week later a gauntlet-style interview via Zoom with several of the people I'd be working alongside, including the VP. All in all, the process took 3-4 weeks.

Pretty straight forward, go through resume , answer questions, meet with other producers, meet with upper management. They flew me from Knoxville TN to Minneapolis and put me up in a hotel overnight.

Very good initial contact. Internal recruiter was happy and helpful and passed contact onto the HR person responsible. The phone screen was pleasant and meaningful without being too detailed, and I was promised a follow-up call with the exec that the position reported to.
Then two weeks passed and NOTHING. Both HR and recruiter have ignored followup emails. A simple 'no thanks' would be all I need to get some closure, but there has been nothing at all.
