Brief phone screen by recruiter, online test, on site test, hiring manager interview. The exams were fairly straight forward, nothing to be worried about. The hiring managers were pretty laid back as well. They tell you who you will interview with so you can look them up to prepare.
used to make people take a 3 hour test meant for engineers so I decided not to take it because why waste my time for no reason. Later got a call asking why I bailed on the test.

Was recruited from LinkedIN and did a phone interview. They sent me an aptitude test which I passed and came in for an interview with my now director. Had a job offer the following day which I immediately accepted.

Entretien
Standard recruiter screening that led to a behavioral/aptitude test. Came into the office to interview with a Sales Manager, nothing very challenging. Received an offer about 3 weeks later but it was for the Market Development Representative position, not the Account Executive position that I applied for. Accepted because I didn't have much of a choice at the time.
