Entretien
It was with 2 Project managers, asking many questions to see if you work it out. Ask you specific questions that you need to know answers too for a construction industry. If you answer wrong, dont worry. They will let you know and make you figure it out on the spot.
Friendly professional people during the interview process. I had one phone interview and one zoom interview. It was great and a pleasure speaking to them. They were very friendly. It was nice and the questions were not too difficult. They provided a lot of information about the role and the challenges to come.

Entretien
First it starts with a phone call interview with a project manager where they went over the job requirements and asked background info about yourself. Then an in-person interview at the office with the owner and project manager.
