Frankly, after putting my time and energy into Actions process; I find it a bit disrespectful to not receive a response to my emails. In today's tech driven society, a simple thanks, but no thanks is a “click” away! Going forward HR, please remember jobs searches, completing applications and interviewing are serious, and candidates deserve better.
