The interview was very thorough but was simple in terms of questions regarding ABA therapy, ABC centers and your personality/character in general. The Lead Talent Advisor was lovely and was able to answer all of my questions during the initial phone screening, that lasted about 20 minutes. The next step was an in-person interview at the center you would potentially be working in. I was greeted warmly by the Operations Manager, and the second interview consisted mainly of their core values and your long-term goals in the psychology field. If the day permits, you will be able to go back into the center and shadow a RBT and their session with a kiddo, which is so rewarding! :) Just be confident in who you are and ask tons of questions during the shadowing to get a better idea. Don't forget to engage with the kiddos! Don't be intimidated, I am an only-child with little experience with young children, or children in general, and if you have a a good work ethic, love to learn and come with great attitude, it will not hold you back!
