I interviewed for Actano's product called Allex and the whole process was really nice. In total I went through three different technical interviews. Everything was done via Zoom calls because of the Covid situation in 2021. After the third interview I got invited to do a last interview with the Head of Product but kindly asked to withdraw since I decided to accept a different offer.
The first interview was a walkthrough on how Allex is structured technically and as a product. Also they tried to understand if I fit with their current tech stack. At the end of the interview I was asked to write a simple question regarding arrays/lists on a Javascript environment.
For the second interview I got to quickly meet the team I would work with which was very nice. After that, I did a coding dojo with two interviewers and it was mainly to measure how I work and how my thought process is when solving a problem, writing clean code, tests, etc. It took around a full hour to finish it.
The third interview was a set of questions regarding frameworks and third-party solutions. It was mainly to measure how far is my understanding on the technologies that the product, Allex, is using.
