The process took 4 weeks and involved interviews with 5 different people. The recruiting team’s communication was consistent initially, but after the final round, it turned into radio silence for a full week. During that waiting period, I saw the company repost the job on LinkedIn, which sent a very confusing message to a candidate in the final stages.
On top of the poor communication, multiple interviewers arrived late to the video calls. While some team members seemed great, the Chief Customer Officer asked bizarre questions and repeatedly interrupted me while I was answering.
If you apply here, be prepared for a long process where your time may not be respected. It feels like a company that is still figuring out how to hire effectively.
