I applied online through linkedIn. Next week, I received and email from the HR manager regarding a telephonic interview with an IT lead. Following this week, I had a telephonic interview from the IT lead from the company.

Question 1
The interview was in front of computer. I was given a programming question to do which was easy. He wanted to see the way you are dealing with the problem rather than just reaching a solution. The other questions were related to your experience and academic projects.

Entretien
The whole process took almost 2 weeks. First it was a phone interview with the hr asking general questions about your experiences. Then an hour interview session with hr manager, dev VP and software architect. The hr manager asked same general questions, some minor behavioral questions. There was a paper quiz test and then some more verbal technical questions (name some design patterns, etc.). The technical test was easy. One week after that I got an offer.
