Thank you for sharing this review. However, we do not have a Corporate Trainer position as that is a leadership promotion. As far as our interview process, there are three rounds. The first round is a brief interview with our Management team to put a face to a resume. The second interview does go in-depth about the position responsibilities, career opportunities, and pay structure. With our growing clientele, we do need more help to meet the demands of the clients, however, this does not jeopardize the integrity of our selection process.
If you did, decline the offer, then you would not have any experience from working here. We hope you find luck in your next position.
