Thank you for your constructive feedback and bringing this matter to our attention. We are pleased to hear that you had a pleasant experience during your interview here at Acquire but regret to hear your experience that followed was the opposite of the time you spent in-office. This has been brought to our attention once before in the past and we still want to make no excuses for this happening! Each element of our hiring process, including the follow-up, is greatly important to us so we are doing our own investigating to find where the disconnect was on our end once you finished your interview. We do not take instances such as this one lightly and we sincerely apologize for our lack of communication! Again, we appreciate you informing us of the issue so we can keep this from becoming a frequent occurrence.
