Apply online, phone interview(from Florida associate), interview with area supervisor, intensive online training. Application and interview process were fairly routine. The online training was very detailed. Take notes and pay attention. There are several programs you need to know.

Easy. I answered an ad and was called a few days afterwards. Very simple questions. Mostly interested if I had a car and how far I lived from the Walmart. Hired that day.
