Typical process - phone screen and interviews with manager and director. Was an ok experience until they ghosted me after the final interview. The recruiter "needed to check on the status" when I asked for an update and never responded again. This seems to be the typical process now and has happened multiple times with different companies.

Entretien
First, initial interview is with Talent Acquisition then the Hiring Manager contacts you. I spoke with the Hiring Manager on the phone then met for a face to face interview twice before I was hired. Once the Hiring Manager approves the Talent Acquisition person will make the offer.

Entretien
The position was posted for months. I was contacted within two weeks of the application. Phone interview with hiring manager, then about a month later onsite interviews with multiple individuals separately and the hiring manager. Two months later, I received an auto rejection letter thanking me for interviewing and my interest in the role.
