Interview was over the phone, with a recruiter. It took a few days to actually get in contact with the recruiter-everytime they called, I wasn't available to pick up the phone. Very accomodating. Positive experience overall. I was asked several questions, such as would I be willing to work in very cold temperatures, would I be willing to use a ladder or step-stool, how much weight could I lift with or without reasonable accomodation.

For the last 5 years every interview I have had has been a telephone interview. After applying for a job online I receive a call from a recruiter. If I answer the eligible to work questions acceptably my information will be passed on to a hiring manager. The hiring manager will then call me to complete the interview.
