They kept telling me they liked me and wanted to recommend me to a more senior position. I had 10 interviews in total before the hiring manager gave me a response that shocked me. In speaking with multiple career coaches, recruiters, and colleagues, the conclusion was that the hiring manager had a friend designated for the position and was only interviewing to meet posting requirements.

Entretien
A four step process, initial recruiter screen, followed by a Manager Interview. Technical interview followed and a culture fit by the hiring manager. The process took about three weeks. The recruiter did a great job with updates throughout the process.The process was very well coordinated.
