The process was pretty straightforward - called by a recruiter from the company and had a phone conversation, followed by in person interview at their lovely office in Liberty Village. We talked about my past experiences, had a small test, and the last interview was with the director of development and a senior recruiter (to explore my passion and adaptability). They were very friendly and I liked the overall experience.
