First round was a phone interview where I was asked a few behavioral questions and a couple of technical questions. It was pretty straightforward and I was confident I made it through. This was followed by an on site interview with 2 Associates. They asked a few technical questions and also about AF as a firm and how I felt about working in that culture.

I initially submitted my resume in Indeed.com where they had a job posting. The first email to request a phone interview came about 3 weeks after the application. After 1 week, they emailed me again for a video interview. About 2 weeks after the video interview, I got an email with a offer to start in the summer
