Had an initial interview with two team members. Both were not recruiters. Convo went well- moved into work sample. They asked to submit something on a short timeline and I did. After that I was ghosted although they mentioned I would most likely be moving into the final round and defined what those steps would look like. Unprofessional. Not a single response - even if they were moving forward with other candidates. The company really needs to train their staff on how to run an efficient and equitable interview process. I would not recommend.
