There are mainly 2 rounds of interview. Need to have a sales driven mindset with a positive and resilient character. Final round is with HR. They are also transparent with the commission structure.

Interview went by rather smooth. Was interviewed in the afternoon and got offered on the same night. Got all the paper work and documents in within the week. Would rate the difficulty of the interview as average.

Interviewer was nice and pleasant, explained clearly about the work environment. It wasn’t stressful, more like a casual talk and could get along well with the interviewer. Over all, it was a fun process.
