The recruiter called to schedule the call with the hiring manager, Recruiter was kind making fun as he/she said "I don't know how you have been selected for an interview as the role requires 6/7 yrs of experience whereas you just have 3 years. He/she was not at all friendly. HR needs to be more kind, you shouldn't judge any candidate as you don't know the candidate's experience, skill, and knowledge!! "Number" of years experience is not the only thing matter to do the job.
