I sent a resume in response to an online add, and was almost immediately called in for an interview. At the time I was not sure whether I was interested so I asked if I could call them back when I had a better idea of my availability. I called back several weeks later and was invited for an interview. I had to fill out a mountain of paperwork prior to the interview (as is the case with all jobs like this). Once in the office I met with a recruiter, a compliance manager, and another 2 people whose job functions I do not really recall. 1 week later I was cleared to work.
