Secondly, the consistency and accuracy of the information provided during the interviews are paramount. The statement that "you can trade whatever" followed by a contradictory statement about trading fixed-income only, does not align with our policy. Our training program starts with fixed-income to ensure a solid foundation before diversifying into other assets, which is a standard practice in many trading firms. Regarding compensation, it is clearly communicated to candidates that the initial period involves training and learning, which may not include immediate financial compensation. This is to ensure that new traders fully understand the market and our strategies before they begin trading live our strategies. The profit-sharing model is a common practice in the industry and is designed to align the interests of the traders with the firm. The accusation that our mentors are unqualified or disinterested is unfounded. All mentors at Ace Trading Academy are experienced professionals with a proven track record in the industry.
