Up until a position has been filled, we review each applicant’s qualifications and invite the most qualified applicants to complete an online assessment. All qualified applicants are required to complete the assessment - this includes everyone from our c-level team members through interns, and is not a reflection of experience level. Our hiring team then reviews each completed application, which includes your cover letter, resume, and assessment. We’re among many companies who use this type of application process and have found that it’s helped us discover great fits for both our applicants and our teams.
