The beginning of the process to pass an online personality assessment test followed by a quick phone interview. Once the phone interview was passed, I was scheduled to take an onsite skills assessment test followed by a round of three interviews with increasing title levels. The interview process was very thorough, but easy enough.

My initial contact with Accruent was professional and inviting. All of the people I met with during the interview process showed a genuine enjoyment of their jobs. Very refreshing!
